Please see below for  written instructions for setting up voicemail, installing the Wildix app, and adding contacts.

If you still find yourself with questions, you may contact Whitney Winkers at wwinkers@fccnetwork.org.

Setting up Voicemail

  • On your Wildix app or desk phone, dial *81.
  • Press 0, and then 1 to record your voicemail message.
    • Your outgoing voicemail message should instruct callers that they should not leave any protected health information in their voicemail.
  • After your voicemail message is complete, press # (pound) and wait for the auto attendant to give you the menu options again.
  • Press 3 to record your full name, and then press # (pound). This will allow outside callers to search for any user by name through the dial by name directory.
    • When outside callers call in, they have the option of dialing the parties four digit extension or using the dial by name directory. When an outside caller selects dial by name directory, the auto attendant will ask for the user’s name. Callers can dial digits corresponding to the letters on the keypad (for instance, if a caller wanted to search for my name “Rowan”, they would dial “76926”, and my recorded full name would play.

  • When the name of your phonebook has been entered, exit out of the smaller window.
  • Click on the new phonebook (In this example, mine is “Clients”)

  • When you are in your new phonebook, click on the plus sign near the first red arrow, and enter the appropriate information about your new contact. When this is complete, click on the check mark near the second red arrow.
