AdministrationSenior Leadership Team Members- 40 hours total annually to include:

  4. Client rights and protections under section 245I.12
  5. CMS Fraud, Waste and Abuse Compliance Training (FCC-CMS-FWA-COMP)
  6. CPR & First Aid Certification (required every other year)
  7. Emergency procedures that the staff person must follow when responding to a fire, inclement weather, a report of a missing person, and a behavioral or medical emergency
  8. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  9. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  10. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training
  11. Reporting Requirements and Definitions, Prevention and Reporting of Abuse and Maltreatment of Individuals Receiving Treatment
  12. The maltreatment of minor reporting requirements and definitions in chapter 260E within 72 hours of first providing direct contact services to a client
  13. The Minnesota Health Records Act, including client confidentiality, family engagement under section 144.294, and client privacy
  14. Vulnerable adult maltreatment under section 245A.65, subdivision 3

75% of required hours must come from the following areas:

Facilities Management- 8 hours total annually to include:

  3. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training

Healthy Families-40 hours annually for full time employees/determined per individual employee for part time employees including:

  3. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
