Jen has gone above and beyond in providing support at the Youth Home. Over the last 3 months, she has provided daily coverage with one or more residents all day and still works hard to get all of her work done. Jen’s extra effort does not go unnoticed, we could not have such a successful program without her.

Mary goes out of her way to be supportive and work as a team member. Mary shows great compassion for the programs and clients that FCC serves. She works very hard to learn all the ins & outs of each program to support the Supervisors. We appreciate your great leadership.

Thanks to Mel for all the help she has given me since starting on day one! She always has time for my questions and provides thorough answers which is greatly appreciated. I’m grateful that she always has my back and is such a great person to work with!

I want to thank Kathryn for going above and beyond to help us out with clinical supervision needs in Winona Day Treatment. Kathryn has been spending one day per week with us in Winona since August to ensure we meet requirements and have adequate support for staff. Kathryn has been an excellent resource, and I appreciate the extra time and energy she has put in to help another program while still meeting the needs of her primary program, Rochester Youth Night Campus. I want to thank Tita for the extra effort she has put into providing clinical supervision for staff across the agency that would not otherwise have those needs met. I would like to thank Barb for helping us out in Winona Outpatient by completing several diagnostic assessments during a high volume time. Barb was willing to jump in and roll with things despite some of the nuances between states. I appreciate her flexibility and willingness to help out!
