Elizabeth Killingsworth initially offered a large cash reward for information leading to the arrest of her husband’s killer, but retracted the offer days later.
Six months ago, Dr Barren was the last person to see Robert Killingsworth alive. She met Robert for lunch at Killingsworth Farm as she often did. After lunch, she left him in order to keep an appointment with her book publisher. Robert was very much alive at the time when she left.
Dr Barren is sleeping with Enrique Graves. After their usual 3:00 PM rendezvous in the wine vaults, Dr Barren noticed a piece of paper had fallen out of Enrique’s pocket. She picked it up to look at it and headed straight to the farmhouse to find Elizabeth Killingsworth.

Michael Nightshade spent the two hours in his car making business calls to get more money because Elizabeth was asking more for the farm than he could afford. During that time, he saw Elizabeth hurry back to the farmhouse to tend to her wound after being stung by a bee in the rose garden.
At 3:00 PM, Elizabeth had not come back out of the farmhouse, so Michael decided to look around the farm on his own. At about 3:15 PM, he saw a woman enter the wine vaults. He could see Enrique Graves inside the door and the two were speaking conspiratorially. Michael walked away and did not see when the woman came out of the wine vaults.
