Beth Meyer, Direct Care Staff
Beth has a strong passion for the work she does and demonstrates this on a daily basis. Beth has provided feedback when asked in regards to struggles with in the unit and daily structure. She has also offers and serves as a role model to follow up if there are inconsistencies or questions about how paperwork, documentation or other unit expectations should be implemented. In addition, Beth demonstrates exceptional timeliness with paperwork, especially time sensitive SIRs.
Beth consistently comes to work with a positive attitude. She continues to develop a great rapport with all residents and truly has their best interest in mind. Beth utilizes consequences appropriately and effectively with each resident and takes in to consideration their age and ability. When Beth is unsure of something or has an idea, she brings it up to the team immediately. Beth follows all policies and procedures and does a wonderful job making sure everyone is following them. Beth is truly an asset to the team.
Beth is a wonderful part of the Residential team. Beth makes it a point to consistently seek out opportunities to improve her skills as a staff. Beth is always willing to be a team player and help out whenever she can. While Residential has dealt with difficult clients, Beth has made it a point to keep the focus and care, reminding the team of the client’s strengths and positive qualities. Beth has a consistently positive attitude that makes her a pleasure to work with, even in the most difficult of situations.
