Congratulations to Weston’s Staff of the Month for August — Dominique Schnell!
Dominique has been chosen as Weston‘s Staff of the Month for August 2017. Dominique has worked the entire Summer at Weston, while juggling all her other jobs! Dominique has demonstrated the ability to quickly and effectively build rapport with our youth home clients. Dominique demonstrates unit consistency each shift and makes sure to get clarification from supervisors when needed. Dominique has additionally demonstrated her effectiveness and dedication to the youth home clients after thoroughly combing though a client’s hair several times to clear out a bunch of dead lice eggs that were missed at the client’s previous placement, now that’s dedication! Dominique is also willing to pick up extra shifts when she is available. She has proven to be a key staff member and she will be missed by all the youth home staff and clients as she wraps up her time at the youth home at the end of the summer.
