Congratulations to Sara Osterbrink, Weston’s May Staff of the Month!
This Sara’s second nomination in 2017. Sara has been a long time staff member at the youth home. She demonstrates her dedication to the residents time and time again, by her willingness to work with clients on an individual level. Sara is a consistent team member and is always willing to help, whether it means picking up hours to support residents in their community integration or supporting new staff in their training. Sara additionally ensures that youth home policies and procedures are followed correctly, even if that means she is making extra phone calls to supervisors or staying late to complete documentation. Sara’s experience and consistency is a key to supporting our clients in their treatment. Thank you Sara for your hard work and dedication to the Youth Home and Family & Children’s Center!
