CONGRATULATIONS TO CASSIE GEORGE AND SAM TOOKE!
Cassie George has been with Weston Youth Home for almost 5 years. She demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the program and requirements. With this knowledge comes the ability to provide feedback to leadership, as there have been many conversations about how to make programming most efficient for both staff and clients. Cassie has also played an integral part of ensuring the Youth Home has been serving the most possible kids at all times. Over the months of November, December, January and the beginning of February, the Youth Home was housing 8 residents (which is the maximum capacity), which had been an ongoing challenge for at least 1 year. During this exceptionally busy time, Cassie also ensured quality assurance reviews were done in a timely manner and worked with EHR projects to begin transitioning documentation to Procentive. Thank you Cassie for your hard work and dedication to the Youth Home and Family & Children’s Center!
Sam Tooke has recently accepted the position of Unit Supervisor of the Weston Youth Home. He had been serving as the Youth Home Independent Living Specialist. Upon the recent departure of the Youth Home Unit Supervisor, Sam accepted the request to manage some of the Unit Supervisor duties. He has been an asset ensuring consistency on the unit in addition to implementing treatment activities. His timeliness and excellence in tasks make him a tremendous asset to the program and we are lucky to congratulate him on his new position as Unit Supervisor!
