CONGRATULATIONS TO SARA OSTERBRINK!
Sara is Weston’s January Staff of the Month! Sara Osterbrink has been a long time staff member at the youth home. Her dedication to the residents is beyond compare and it is apparent through her desire and willingness to work with residents on an individual level. Sara is a consistent team member and is always willing to help, whether it means picking up shifts or supporting new staff in their training. She also makes efforts to attend all trainings and meetings even when she has classes to work around. Sara’s experience and consistency supports not only residents throughout their treatment but also her co-workers and the success of the unit.
