Holly is Weston’s November Staff of the Month!
Holly has demonstrated a passion for being innovative within the Youth Home. She has begun serving as a mentor with youth, and takes pride in this role. She also developed a Wellness Wednesday Group. She is a support to her team and picks up shifts whenever she is able, and helps out where needed. Overall, she is a positive personality on the unit!
Sam is Weston’s December Staff of the Month!
Sam has a dedication to Residential Services. He is always responsible and goes above and beyond in his assigned duties. Sam demonstrates excellence by clarifying duties, if there is any question. He is flexible, yet consistent while working with youth and does his best to put the needs of the residents before all else.
