Jackie Dobbs, Team Lead at Residential Treatment is Weston’s Staff of the Month for July.

Jackie has been an asset to our team since day one. She is always willing to help out staff and makes sure she always has a smile on her face. Jackie is a natural when it comes to working with our residents. She is respectful, kind and caring. Her organization of our summer programming has been vital in the treatment we are providing for the residents. They are learning, and growing right before our eyes and it is in large part to the influence Jackie has had while working with them.
Jackie is always asking valuable questions about the residents and their plan and looking for ways to best facilitate learning for all residents whenever she is working.
Jackie has taken the lead on summer programming at Residential which is a massive undertaking! Jackie is creative in her implementation of groups, patient with residents, and clearly leaves an impact on the residents she works with. We appreciate Jackie and all the work she has done so far this summer! We are excited to see how she continues this growth into the school year.
Jackie is always willing to help the team in what ever way is needed. She is always asking questions, wanting to learn, and coming up with creative ways to teach our residents new skills. We are lucky to have Jackie as a member of our team.
