Sieanna Haakenson is Weston’s October Staff of the Month! Sieanna is very focused on consistency which supports the agency’s value of excellence. She also demonstrates excellence by attending all staff meetings and actively participating in conversations and asking questions regarding unit needs. She continues to improve her skills on the job. Sieanna has proved to be an asset to the program and agency during her short time with Family & Children’s Center.
