Jennifer Eads is Weston’s Staff of the Month for April!
Jennifer is a key member to the youth home team. Jennifer takes initiative to get things done. Jennifer has taken on some big projects in her time at the youth home and was a crucial part of completing the youth home program manual and completing COA requirements. Jennifer has an impeccable attention to detail, and communicates effectively with her team and other contacts in the community. Jenifer is also flexible and willing to help out. She has spent time on the unit with clients when needed or followed through with last minute transportation. Jennifer keeps us organized and works to streamline things on the administrative end as much as possible. We can’t say enough about how thankful we are to have Jennifer on our team.
Jennifer also assists with writing up the staff of the month announcements for the Depot. If Jennifer wrote one for herself it would have been turned in a week ago…
