Lisa Wegner is our Staff of the Month for February!
Lisa is an outstanding Direct Care staff and co-worker. She shows up for her scheduled shifts and engages with the residents. Lisa adapts to changes in shift schedule and clients. She is willing to stay late or pick up another shift as needed. Lisa attends staff meetings, and always has valuable input on how to help the resident’s and the Youth Home meet goals. Lisa is a compassionate individual who is great at forming bonds with residents. Lisa deals with everyday matters and crises in the same calm and confident manner.
