I recently received an anonymous Speak Out from a staff member that expressed interest in resurrecting FCC’s own/internal Wellness Challenge. These Wellness challenges were aligned with Health Traditions from Mayo, when FCC carried that insurance. Basically, a staff member with support from FCC took the lead in announcing, tracking and rewarding staff for their participation in these monthly challenges. I am reaching out to invite any interested staff person(s) to take the lead on an FCC’s wellness challenge “program”. If interested, please reach out to your supervisor first. Once approved/supported by your supervisor, then reach out to me. We will work together to come up with a doable and rewarding program to support FCC employees in self- care.
