Welcome to Family & Children’s Center

Please welcome Bram Faledas to Family & Children’s Center. Bram will be working with the youth at the Youth Home as a Direct Care staff. He has an extensive background working in domestic abuse and sexual assault shelters. Working at the Youth Home will further advance Bram in his future career goals!

 

Please welcome Haylee Straub to Family & Children’s Center. Haylee will also be working with the youth at the Youth Home but she will be one of the overnight direct care staff. She was referred to us by classmates. Haylee thinks this will be great experience as she moves toward her future career goals!

 

Please welcome Jake Eslinger to Family & Children’s Center. Jake will be working as a Case Manager in the Winona YNC Day Treatment program. He was referred to FCC by his girlfriend, Amanda. Jake grew up in Chippewa Falls and has worked in places in the state of Rhode Island. Before moving to Winona he was a Personal Trainer in the Cities. Since moving to Winona, a week ago, he is beginning to start up his own side business as a Personal Trainer.

 

Please welcome Jess Murdock to Family & Children’s Center. Jess will be part of The Other Door and will be working as a Drop-In Facilitator. He was also referred to us by a personal referral, his wife. He grew up in Washington State and currently a Seahawks Fan. Besides working for FCC he also helps develop software for a company out of Viroqua.

 

Please welcome Jessica Schaefer to Family & Children’s Center! She will be working in the Bridges Day Treatment program as a Mental Health Practitioner. She was referred to FCC by a current staff member. Jessica recently graduated with a Psychology degree and she chose FCC because it will give her the opportunity to decide which age group she wants to work with. Besides working for FCC she also runs her own earring business!

 

Please welcome Joy Buchman to Family & Children’s Center. She will be the Foster Care Social Worker for Minnesota Treatment Foster Care. She heard about this position on Indeed and was referred to us by a previous employee as well. Joy just finished her Undergrad Degree.

 

Please welcome Kendra Bringe to Family & Children’s Center. Kendra will be the new Hope Academy Instructor. After 30 years of teaching she decided to retire last Spring, only to find herself looking for something to fill her time with. She was referred to us from a past employee as well.
