If you are having struggles with the signature pad while working in Procentive, please download the driver update (below) and follow the prompts. Please remember while most staff prefer to work in Procentive while using the Google Chrome web browser, the Topaz Signature Pad most likely won’t work unless you are using Internet Explorer.
