CSP Team	Tita Yutuc	I want to acknowledge the CSP Team of La Crosse by passing along the kind words of a grateful donor. A Thank you card was sent to FCC along w/ a donation in memory of JH, a client that recently passed away. Her words are as follows, “Please accept this gift in honor of all you did for JH. I was a good friend of his mom and she told me many times of the special people that interacted w/ JH. She would refer to them by first name, i.e. Marc. I had no idea they were connected to FCC until I read the obituary. Words cannot express how grateful I am for you.” Thanks again to the CSP team for your tireless dedication to the clients you serve. My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.
Danielle Swedburg, Eryn Potthast & Darik Anderson	Tita Yutuc	Thank you to Danielle, Eryn and Darik for hosting a couple of Board members the other day. I was impressed by the presentation about Safe Visitation and Tracking. You all were professional and thorough and I as well as the board members enjoyed it very much! Additionally, the new space looks amazing:) I am grateful.
Lynn Prestwood	Tita Yutuc	I wanted to say thank you to Lynn for taking the time to show me around The Other Door Programming space. I appreciate all her efforts to make it a warm and inviting space for the community. I am truly grateful for your hard work and dedication.
Katie Butterfield & Ellen Hongerholt	Tita Yutuc	I wanted to recognize both Katie and Ellen for their help with a former client. Specifically, a former client called us requesting consideration on an outstanding debt owed to FCC. Katie listened to the client and his case manager. They were appreciative as am I of Katie. Katie, believed that perhaps we could do something internally to assist this former client and reaching out so reached out to Ellen. Long story short, it looks like Ellen found some assistance for a client grateful for our help earlier in his recovery and continued this care and support to today. Thank you to you both!
