I want to just take a moment to recognize this team and their kindness and dedication to their staff, new and seasoned. Each person has shown passion and compassion in various ways since I have started here in the beginning of January. I will say that I have been with many non-profits over the last 22 years of my career and HF has been by far the most heartwarming experience right from the interview process down to the onboarding that is literally setting you us for success! I have seen many train wrecks in my day when it comes to onboarding and getting new hires ready for their new positions. I have to say FCC and HF I am very impressed! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your journey in helping children and families. I will be able to continue my love of working with children and families in a positive, helpful and caring environment. BRAVO!!
