You are gonna love the new recognition program…it’s a great way to say Thank You to another employee. It’s open to everyone, has a simple form to fill out, and best of all it is Depot-based so there is no paper! It does, however, include a means to send a note to the person being recognized, along with a little explanation about what earned them your thanks. Thank Yous created will be sent via email to the recipient within 2 business days, and once each month – around the 15th – the Depot will include a post of all Thank Yous from the past month so we cover public recognition as well.
Thank Yous are suitable for any and all occasions – from somebody who did something great for you or a client, to an employee you respect because of their dedication. It does not depend on the location or program or the position of either party, so the opportunity to say Thank You is limitless.
