If you look at your paycheck you will notice it contains something extra for everyone… a one-time bonus for being dedicated to our clients, each other and the agency. We could never do what we do without the people that make it happen!
As you realize the past few months have been a crazy period for all of us, and the exceptional compensation is certainly warranted. Most staff received 3% of annual earnings (based on what was earned in January and February 2020) and those hired after March 15 receive 2%.
