Supplemental Benefits Meetings Scheduled

We have meetings coming up during the next two weeks to give everyone a chance to learn more about our supplemental benefits.  These meetings will cover everything but our medical plan (open enrollment coming in November) so it includes Dental, Vision, Voluntary Term Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability,  Accident Insurance, Cancer/Critical Illness Insurance and last but certainly not least…Pet Insurance!

The Dental and Vision plans are only available to full time staff, and the other plans have traditionally required an average of 30 hours per week. We have the potential to offer coverage through a new provider which will cover employees who average 20 or more hours per week, but there are minimum enrollment requirements. If we don’t meet those requirements we will retain the existing provider and coverage.

If you are currently enrolled in any of these plans besides Dental and/or Vision, you must complete new enrollment forms to continue your coverage.

Everyone is encouraged to make a meeting to learn about these valuable benefits, and how to determine the coverage that may be beneficial given your circumstances.  We will record the first session and make it available to everyone right away so if there is not a local meeting at your site, or if you have a conflict, you can still be well-informed about these options.

If you have any questions about the plans, option or the meeting, please contact Melissa Duin or Rich Petro.
