A Speak Out was received asking about anonymous feedback and the availability of surveys to provide this. I want to take a moment to respond…
Employees always have the ability to anonymously provide feedback about anything they would like via the use of the Speak Out Submission located on the Depot.
Things you might want to know about the Speak Out(s):
- The questions and/or feedback only comes to me
- Whenever possible I provide feedback as I am doing today
- If the feedback was anonymous and was pointed at a certain individual(s), we won’t be able to respond on the Depot
- I read all submissions and respond as best as I am able
- I take each submission very seriously
Additionally, Family & Children’s Center requests feedback on our annual survey. This year will be no different. Staff completing the form can do so by identifying themselves or by remaining anonymous. I hope to get the survey out this July. Last year we had a return rate of 51%. Once all the data is in, results are shared with all staff during Town Hall meetings in the fall.
