Speak Out Response from Tita

A recent Speak Out was submitted regarding internal communication and asking if we could reprint the Internal Communication Procedure as a way of improving the timeliness of email responses. The submission was anonymous so I can’t offer any further clarify on the underlying issue, but I hope that reproducing the procedure below will help.

I can add that there may be some opportunity to provide additional detail regarding responsibilities for both management and employees, so rest assured that we have some ideas for improvement as we go through the edit process in the future. For now, if anyone still has questions about email responses please discuss this with your supervisor or Director.
