Because we at FCC know that employee referrals are our best source for new employees, we have decided that for the months of April, May, and June, the employee referral bonus will be increased from $300 to $500!
The referral bonus will pay referring staff members in any position $250 after the new employee’s first three months and another $250 after the new employee’s second three months for a total of $500, provided both the referring employee and the new hire are making satisfactory progress in performance and training. This is paid as regular compensation so you will have the usual payroll withholding in effect for these payments.
The only thing you have to do to be eligible is to make sure the applicant puts your name on their application as the person who referred her or him.
Those of you in programs are keenly aware of ‘the difficulty we have had in sourcing candidates for positions, particularly for direct care positions, part time roles and shifts outside the norm.
