The form for Policy & Procedure Acknowledgements has been revised and we hope that you find it easier than ever to complete!
When you receive an email for an acknowledgement, it will contain all the information it always has. The policy and/or procedure, whether it’s new or revised, what has been changed, copies of the policy and/or procedure, etc.
What is different is the Google Form that you fill out. When you click on the link to the acknowledgement, you will now only have to check 2 boxes! One to verify your email address and one to acknowledge. Super simple.
