On Friday, May 29th, the GVC phone system was updated. This new system required a change in extension numbers, however the main phone number for GVC (608-785-0001) will not change. While the new equipment has been tested and is up and running, we will continue to use the old system until we are advised by the phone company that they have made the requested switch. We had expected that to happen Friday, but we are still waiting to hear.
In the meantime you can reach individuals at GVC by calling the main phone number, and the receptionist will connect you to an individual user. Otherwise, if the receptionist is unavailable, you can dial your party directly via the old extension.
Once we are advised of the change we will let you know and also publish the new numbers on the Depot. Thanks in the meantime for your patience – we are almost there!
