Paperless Timesheets

The Ascentis timekeeping system was shown to supervisors yesterday and one of the main requests was to get a little more time to get acquainted with it. This will be especially important for the supervisors who will be showing their own team members how to use it as well as being on the front line to ask questions. The effective dates are now: Sunday, April 26 for the first “punch” date; Friday, May 15 for the first pay date.

Also please note that the aspects of the overall Ascentis system that we have been focusing on are the payroll and timesheet aspects. Employee self service – including a more robust HR system, applicant tracking and benefits enrollment are currently being developed so expect further information on those parts as they come together.
