Independent Living is hiring for a FT Case Manager needed to work on independent living skills with youth that are in or have been in out-of-home-care in a 15 county region.
- This position will cover the following 8 counties: Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, and St. Croix.
- While this position reports to the supervisor in our La Crosse office, this is a remote position in that it provides in person services to clients in the above counties.

Requirements:Responsibilities include conducting assessments, groups, and one-on-one services with the youth, as well as attending team meetings. The Independent Living Specialist works closely with and supervises interns.
