CSP Mental Health Technician- La Crosse

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive community mental health services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness including but not limited to:
    • Supportive contacts to CSP (Community Support Program) clients; education and assistance to clients in developing independent living skills (i.e. cleaning, hygiene, cooking, shopping, money management, social skills, attending medical appointments). This includes providing transportation or assistance setting up transportation as needed.
    • Conduct daily evening medication delivery/client check ins as needed. This includes weekends and holidays.
    • Collaborate with CSP Case Management Staff related to client treatment needs. This includes attending staffing meetings during scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with adults with severe mental illness required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Good driving record

 

 

 

Respite Drop In Center Direct Care Staff- La Crosse

Description:

  • Provide quality childcare services to respite clients on an as needed basis
  • Maintain drop-in center cleanliness (washing dishes, picking up toys, etc.)
  • Various respite-related duties as delegated by respite coordinator and/ or supervisors
  • Opportunity to spend time in other programs as staffing requires

 

Requirements:

  • CPR certification required (training provided)
  • Must be 18 years of age and able to pass required background checks
  • Good driving record

 

 

Safe Visitation- Monitor

Responsibilities include:

  • Visitation and exchange services between parents and their children
  • Monitoring at-risk individuals within the community
  • Maintain the safety and well-being of participants during services and intervene when necessary
  • Submit non-biased documentation in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Have a good driving record
  • Highly motivated, independent, and assertive
  • Experience working with children and families preferred
