Direct Care Staff , The Other Door in Viroqua
As a Direct Care Staff, you will be responsible for providing programming and information substance use and mental health recovery.
What are the primary responsibilities of this direct care position?
- Provide attendees with information about recovery and mental health resources
- Provide programming to promote socialization, including but not limited to:
- employment/job seeking skills, educational, self-help, or daily living programs covering a range of topics designed to enhance recovery efforts.
- Movie, game and pizza nights, and holiday parties
- Monitor usage of the center ensuring safety of guests.
- Monitor use of the meditation room, art room, and kitchen, comfortable lounge with television, and meeting rooms for mental health recovery and 12-step groups.

Program Supervisor- Day Treatment
As the Program Supervisor, you will assist the Clinical Supervisor with the operation and oversight of the Day Treatment program and the employees that staff it.
What are the primary responsibilities of this Program Supervisor position?
- Supervisor provides leadership and direction to all program staff, maintains staffing schedule, leads staff meetings, evaluate staff performance, and assist with the hiring of new staff as approved.
- Supervisor will be knowledgeable of the overall program budget and work collaboratively with Director and Coordinator to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the program.
- Supervisor will assist with the coordination of referral/intakes to include parent/guardian contact, setting up transportation, and ensure completion of required documents.
- Supervisor will support and conduct reviews of the program through the PQI process. Additional programmatic supports include satisfaction surveys, client feedback, referral source feedback, staff concerns.
- Supervisor will provide direct client services as a backup or on an emergency basis to ensure continuity within the program.
