Day Treatment in Winona is looking for a FT Elementary Level Mental Health Practitioner.
Duties include:
- Assessing functionality
- Developing rehabilitative treatment plans
- Maintaining client file documentation in accordance with DHS licensing standards
- Crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Medication monitoring
- Working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery in group and individual formats
- Position requires on-call hours.
Requirements:
Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner by having a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 2000 hours of supervised experience with services to persons with mental illness, or 6,000 hours of such experience.
Also must have strong computer skills, be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills. Emphasis on dual diagnosis treatment recommended.
