Day Treatment is looking for a part time Direct Care staff to work approximately 12 hours per week.
What are the primary responsibilities of this direct care position?
- Work collaboratively with Day Treatment staff on duties that are necessary for program implementation including, but not limited to, providing intense supervision to clients, utilizing appropriate behavioral interventions and co-facilitating groups.
- Participate as a member of the Day Treatment team including, but not limited to, attending weekly staff meetings, communicating daily with other staff and working effectively and non-defensively with the treatment team.
- Provide transportation for Day Treatment clients as necessary and in accordance with program policies.
- Complete daily documentation as necessary in a timely manner according to program policies and standards.
- Use appropriate behaviors and positive communication skills when interacting with members in the community as part of the Day Treatment team.
