Apple has released a new version of the Nextiva mobile app (iOS App 28.01). This update is expected to resolve several of the issues that have been reported.
If you use Nextiva on an iPhone, please take the following action:
- Open the App Store
- Search for “Nextiva”
- Manually update to version 28.01
Please complete this update as soon as possible. Afterward, we will monitor system performance over the next few days to confirm whether the update has improved functionality.
