Changes are in store for Family & Children’s Center this summer!
As you look at your desk, you can see that the phones we have are getting old and are beginning to show signs of fatigue. So, the Agency is getting a new phone system. All locations will be a part of this transition. Although, it may seem like a daunting task, the benefits will be fantastic. Staff will be able to extension dial any other staff member agency wide, which means…No more long distance charges to talk to staff at any of our other locations!
Other great things that go along with this change, all staff will be able to fax from their own desk top and/or laptop. No more having to get up to send faxes and you will receive them in your email as well!
With the crunching of numbers, we came up with an astonishing annual savings of close to $12,000.00. The reduction in cost includes, savings in long distance, fewer desk phones, and eliminating agency flip phones. This also takes into account the cost of the stipend and app fees.
