Hanna Potter   Administrative Assistant – Winona, Administration

Hanna spent the last 4 years in the Cities, and earned a Psychology degree. She was referred to FCC by her mom who is a case worker in La Crosse. After working in mental health up north she was intrigued by an opportunity to still work in the field but not as directly with clients. It’s important to note that Hanna is the only Cubs fan in this bunch (the person writing the summary can include what info the writer feels is important!) and comes from a military family so she has moved around accordingly. If you are looking for a violin or piano player, keep Hanna in mind!

Becca Bemis     Direct Care Staff, Day Treatment

Becca was attracted to FCC for an opportunity to not only work with clients, but was looking for a position that would include family members as well.  Originally from Waukesha (how do YOU pronounce it?) she came to Winona to pursue a career in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She has another semester left to complete her Bachelor’s and hopes to work at Hiawatha Hall once she graduates. Interestingly, Becca’s family is originally from New York, but she is the only one born in Wisconsin!

Alli Hendrickson    Monitor, Safe Visitation/Tracking

Alli is finishing her senior year at Winona State, and is originally from Becker, MN near the Cities. She found the opportunity at FCC from the Handshake website at school, and want to round out her experiences before going on to grad school next year. You may have seen her picture as a distance runner at Winona State, and as a self-proclaimed cat person she has 3….and one of them is named Dog!

Nick Menth      Monitor, Safe Visitation/Tracking

Nick is also attending Winona State and is working on his teaching credentials with a specific interest in History. He has been interested in FCC since living in the apartment building across the street from FSB – when he looked on Indeed we always came up a the closest opportunity. The down-side is that he was not yet 21. He has moved from those apartments but is now 21 and is looking forward to getting some experience at FCC. Nick likes to stay busy, and one benefit of the FCC job is that it will not interfere with his other work as a tour guide at the Pickwick Mill!
