Nancy Walters Case Manager, Healthy Families Vernon County 
Nancy will be starting up the new Healthy Families program in Vernon County, located at the Viroqua office. Nancy is a Viterbo grad and a RN, and she has worked in public health and done home visiting work. She should be well-prepared for Healthy Families! If you have any questions about flipping or rehabbing houses Nancy is the one to ask, having done a fair bit of that kinda work!
Lisa Smith Case Manager, IPS La Crosse
Lisa has been living in the La Crosse area for about 6 years and has a Master’s Degree from Viterbo in Mental Health. Prior to that she earned her bachelor’s in Psychology from UWL. Originally from Montello, Lisa is living on French Island, and when she is not spending time with her first grandchild you may find her boating and fishing with her husband.
Derek Kryzkowski Case Manager, Independent Living 
Derek is a relatively local guy – Wisconsin Rapids – and is looking forward to a role where he is able to directly help people. After graduating from UWL with a degree in Public and Community Health, he spent a couple years working for Schneider in Health and Safety. Derek is an avid hunter, so if you run into him ask if he had any luck during the gun deer opener!
Amanda Halvorson Direct Care Staff, The Other Door 
Amanda is a definite advocate for the recovery community, especially in the Viroqua where she is from. She is a Certified Peer Specialist and has been active with Next Steps For Change. Amanda hopes to provide a spark to see cervices expanded in Viroqua. She loves the outdoors in our area – particularly hiking in the summer and tubing in the winter – Hudson Falls s is one of her favorites!
Kaitlyn Ulrich Respite Specialist – Respite 
You may recognize Kaitlyn as she has been an intern for Respite at GVC. On top of that she has also been a Respite provider so she seems to be a great match for this role. She is about to graduate from UWL and has been accepted into Viterbo’s Master’s program in Counseling. When she is not hitting the books she loves to spend time at her family’s cabin near Tomahawk.
