New Employees – May 24

Elizabeth Caucutt   Monitor, Safe Visitation

Elizabeth is a Social Work major at WSU, and comes to FCC with prior experience at Legacy. She is a La Crosse native but did not now about FCC while growing up. Elizabeth loves music (Guster and Lumineers at two faves) and she is particularly fond of dancing!

Olivia Kudronowicz    Case Manager, Stepping Stones

Olivia is a Milwaukee native and is a recent grad of UW Plattville, majoring in forensic investigations. She was an intern at Mayo in Rochester, and still works occasionally for them. Olivia found FCC through Indeed and felt the opportunity in Stepping Stones would be a great fit. She is a certified scuba diver and has been fortunate to dive in a number of places. Her favorite is Belize.

Amber Hofland    Case Manager, Healthy Families

Amber is an FCC alum, having worked for our summer camp while she was in school! She had eight years of experience at Partners In Excellence, and after seeing this opportunity on Indeed she felt this would be a terrific opportunity to get more experience working with kids. Amber loves to garden and is really taken with ecosystems, so we had a good conversation at orientation about butterflies and milkweed!

Sierra Schiro    Monitor, Safe Visitation

Sierra hails from Buffalo, MN – about an hour north of the Cities. She is an Elementary Ed major with a minor in Child Advocacy so she expects this role will round out her knowledge of young people. She has done child care since she was 16, but understands this work will be different. And although Sierra can’t explain it – she is a fan of pink. Not the singer but the color….so if you want to get her something you know where to start!

Greg White   Marketing and Development Specialist, Development

Greg was a producer for News 8 for many years, so hopefully he has some really good contacts! Through his work he had heard of FCC but actually found this position on Indeed. He is a WSU alum so he is in good company (no pun intended!) Not only did Greg get married in Vegas, but the ceremony was performed by Elvis. Of course not the real one, but you get the idea!

Elizabeth Strand   Clinical Trainee, Outpatient Therapy – WI

If Elizabeth looks familiar its not your imagination….she was previously an intern with FCC while completing her MSW. She has been able to complete her degree remotely which has been a great benefit since this program through WSU is actually based in Rochester! Elizabeth is a La Crosse native. In what little spare time she has had she has been getting back into badminton!

Darci Roesler   Coordinator, Day Treatment, ARMHS and MN HUB

Darci is also a familiar face to a number of you, having spent 8 years as a coordinator in Winona. What you may not know is that she came to FCC with 15 years of experience in adolescent residential programming, and most recently worked for Trempealeau County prior to her return to FCC. Darci began her work with a degree in Psychology, and later returned to school while working to get her MBA. Darci loves to travel, and is happy anywhere there is an ocean!

Megan Pence    Case Manager, Independent Living

You may not see Megan around the office much as her work mostly happens in the community. She had the misfortune of being in two different positions during the pandemic and each one of them resulted in a layoff. She feels this position is really her calling and looks forward to learning the ropes. One of her claims to fame is that Hunter Pence – the baseball player – is her cousin (any self-respecting Cubs fan knows who that is!). More importantly, though, she is all about Oktoberfest so if you see her at the grounds say “hi”.

Mollie Fredrickson    Mental Health Professional, Day Treatment

Mollie is a grad of UWL having earned a degree in Psychology. She also recently completed an internship with Stepping Stones so you may have seen her at GVC. She completed a minor in at risk youth and feels a Day Treatment assignment will be a perfect fit. Mollie graduated from UWL just two weeks ago, and had her graduation dinner at the Freight House. She wasn’t entirely clear on which was the bigger deal!

Rachel Siegersma   Case Manager, Healthy Families Vernon County

Prior to joining FCC Rachel worked at the Parenting Place as an Early Childhood consultant for a number of years. Prior to that she was a teacher at GET and also Coulee Connections. She knew about FCC and was looking at our website and found this gig – she clearly has a passion for early childhood. Rachel is only about sports when it involves watching her kids. She also has a special place in her heart for her grandmother who is around 90. I’m guessing she really enjoys the time she spends on both!
