New Employees – March 31, 2022

Lauren Elliot   Skills Development Specialist, Integrated Solutions

Lauren was referred to FCC by her Psychology professor at UWL who recommended the agency as a great place for her to get experience. In addition, she checked out our website and really liked that fact that the agency addressed so many needs of our community. Lauren hails from Austin, MN and no, she doesn’t like Spam! She does, however, enjoy singing and has participated in music choir and show choir.

Logan Dittman    Sr. Mental Health Practitioner, Hiawatha Hall

Logan is a returning FCC employee, having worked previously in Safe Visitation for a couple years. More importantly, he describes his time there as a very formative experience, confirming that he wants to be part of an organization that is dedicated to helping people. He is originally from Rushford and will receive his BSW from Winona State in August. Logan has played guitar since he was 12, playing both acoustic and electric. His grandfather – who builds guitars – helped kick off his interest. Side note – his grandpa builds very nice guitars!

Tina Brown    Case Manager, HUB-Winona

Tina is a Winona native and has had experience utilizing FCC services in the past. She has raised a niece – who is now 4 ½ – since she was 9 months old. She ultimately decided on FCC due to the range of services we have. Tina likes the idea of being part of an organization that is so varied. She received her LPN certification in 2014 and is finishing up at MN Tech in August and will be going to WSU to pursue her BSW. Tina may seem pretty mild-mannered, but you should know she has dirt track racing in her veins. She is married to a racer and is the 4th generation of a racing family!
