Sheila is an Air Force vet (THANKS for your service, Sheila!) and will be serving the Black River Falls area for CSP. She has a human services background, including earning her CNA while living in Washington state. Sheila has moved around a lot, and loves to travel as well. More importantly she has been to every state except Alaska. So far….

Pa is originally from La Crosse and found the FCC opportunity on line with the help of her sister. Pa recently completed her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and was in the market for supervisory position so this seemed to be a great match. She likes the opportunity to combine admin tasks with helping people. Pa is busy with 3 young kids, but when she gets the chance she loves to hunt!
Wendy Watkins Case Manager, Independent Living
This is Wendy’s second tour of duty with FCC, and she is looking forward to her work helping people who are aging out of foster care. She has a wealth of experience working in several crisis stabilization roles, and has lived a variety of places – most recently in Marshfield. Wendy is also a veteran (THANKS for your service, Wendy!) having spent 15 months in Korea which she describes as her favorite posting. On top of that, Wendy has worked on every chopper in the Army’s fleet!
