We know that FCC is filled with awesome staff who do great things everyday, but it is always great to get unsolicited praise from one of our community partners who recognizes the impact we have not only with clients, but others who support them as well.
The CARE Center (Crisis Assessment Recovery and Empowerment) in La Crosse provides a safe environment for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis and who are in need of support, medication and symptom management, as well as goal orientated treatment planning. Their goal is to return clients to their home or work environment as soon as the crisis has been stabilized. La Crosse CSP clients may sometimes be served at the CARE Center, and they recently sent us the following message about their experience with Julie and a mutual client.
I’m writing to send the biggest of compliments possible to Julie Fogel. Julie has been working with a CSP client here at the CARE Center and as always, Julie is exceptional in all that she does. However, this client’s situation is very detailed and multi-faceted, involving very complex situations and a handful of individuals who play a role in this client’s care.
Julie has been incredible in everything she has done to assist this client’s care. I honestly can’t even put into words how superbly Julie has been with this situation. All of Julie’s efforts are now paying off tremendously for this client.
Julie’s dedication to her clients and exceptional quality reflects highly upon Family & Children’s Center. Please forward this to the appropriate leadership at FCC to express our appreciation for the superb work Julie provides to so many people.
