ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR needed FT for our electronic health records system. Our initial implementation is approximately 80% complete and a very solid adoption routine has been established. The critical success factors going forward will include continuing the initial roll out for remaining programs; training users for their initial conversion as well as follow up enhancements from either vendor (Procentive) or as requested from internal customers; establishing routine report capability for all programs, and assuring the system remains compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards. Requirements include system administrator and/or project management experience, process management and internal consulting skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of organization. Ideal candidates will have worked with an EHR system in a human services setting. This position is based in La Crosse but requires regular day travel to all of our locations.
CASE MANAGER needed FT for WRIC CSP Program, Jackson/Monroe team, work location Sparta. Successful applicant will provide comprehensive mental health services to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Bachelor degree required or master’s degree in social work or related field preferred, and 1500 hours supervised experience working in a community support program or 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience with persons with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.

Successful applicant will provide comprehensive mental health services to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Bachelor degree required or master’s degree in social work or related field preferred, and 1500 hours supervised experience working in a community support program or 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience with persons with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
INDEPENDENT LIVING SPECIALIST/DIRECT CARE STAFF needed PT through 2015 and FT effective 1/1/16 for youth home serving at-risk youth 12-18 in La Crosse. Duties include utilize ILS assessments & goals developed by case manager and unit supervisor, track activities and implement and facilitate groups. Other duties include direct care and supervision of youth. Will include one weekend a month. Must have bachelor’s degree in behavioral science/related field OR has at least 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to recipients with mental health illness. Previous experience in education or independent living skill training preferred.
MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER needed FT at Hiawatha Hall Adult Intensive Residential Facility at Family & Children’s Center in Winona. Duties include assessing functionality, developing rehabilitative treatment plans and maintaining client file documentation in accordance with DHS licensing standards, crisis prevention and de-escalation, medication monitoring, and working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery in group and individual formats. Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 2000 hours of supervised experience with services to persons with mental illness, and have strong computer skills, be a team player and have good interpersonal skills. Emphasis on dual diagnosis treatment recommended. Some weekend and on-call hours included.
MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION WORKER needed to work PT for 2nd shift (3:30 – 11:30 pm) in Winona. Requires associate’s degree in behavioral sciences or RN or have 4000 hours supervised paid experience in delivery of service with persons with mental experience or 3 years life experiences as primary care giver with adults with serious mental illness. Duties include meal preparation, light housekeeping and organization, crisis prevention and de-escalation, medication monitoring, and working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery.
UNIT SUPERVISOR needed FT for residential treatment program serving youth 12-18 in La Crosse. Duties include working with a multifaceted team to provide programming for residents on a weekly basis, train staff and ensure standards and policies are being met. Other duties include creating staff schedules, managing staff, facilitating programming and providing 20-25 direct care hours per week. Will include occasional weekend shifts and on-call rotation. Must have bachelor’s degree in human services/related field or seeking degree. Must have 2 years related experience working with at risk youth. Supervisory experience preferred.
