Please don’t think we have forgotten about the data gathered at the employee meeting. The information from Diane Amundson’s speech and the “what to do” suggestions from the tables have been typed up and shared with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). It has already generated some healthy discussion and we have started the process of grouping several of the items where it seems to make sense. You should know that some of the responses where short on detail, and grouping things may help us better understand them. The goal is to share what we have learned from the info you shared, and more importantly what we can do about it.
