The Senior Leadership Team is signed up for this year’s Minutes In Motion event, and wants to encourage other FCC employees to form their own team and get in on the action. If you are not familiar with Minutes In Motion, it is an annual promotion that challenges people to commit to an average of 30 minutes of activity a day for 6 weeks. The event begins on Monday, March 20th and ends on Sunday, April 30th.
To sweeten the deal, the Senior Team is laying down the following bet: our team (The Executones) will have the highest average minutes per participant of any FCC team; if not we will personally wash the cars of the team (at least 4 members) with the highest average. Yep, that’s right, a car wash throw down, right here at work for the whole world to see! And, this is not just a GVC thing… if the winning team is in Winona or Black River Falls that’s where the cars get washed! If the Senior Leaders finish the event with the highest average then the team with the lowest average minutes per member will wash the cars of the Senior Team. Do you really need more incentive than that to get in the game?
If you have not already signed up, click here for the Minutes In Motion page. From there you can register your team and enroll participants. If this is your first “Minutes” experience, you will have to create an account before you can set up or join a team. You will see a place to enroll as a worksite team where you will find FCC in that drop down list, then another option to join or set up a participant team. If you have any questions about enrolling contact Vanessa or Rich for assistance.
