First Wellness Challenge of 2018

It’s a rare one who did not indulge in all the tasty sweets going around over the holidays, so this is a perfect time to work on adjusting our diet. Your weekly sugar intake can be deceiving – the average person consumes three pounds of sugar each week, and over 150 pounds per year. By now everyone should have received an activity tracker in the mail from Kayla Barnhardt, and on the back you will find some great ideas to curb the amount of added sugar you take in.
