Healthy Family’s Staff	Mary Jacobson & Katie Rommes	We would like to recognize and thank the HF staff for all of their hard work in preparing for the FFHV Site Visit. They are doing excellent work and it was recognized by the reviewers. The reviewers used words like “rock stars” and exceptional to describe our team and the work they do. It was acknowledged that the population served is like no other in the state (mental health, drug use, homelessness). Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the agency and the families you serve!
Shawn Patton & Integrated Staff	Mary Jacobson & Louise Campbell	We all know COVID-19 has taken a toll on all of us, but there is a little bit of goodness during this time of despair. The IPS Program was recognized at the 2020 Wisconsin IPS Annual Conference with the Global Pandemic Award. Shawn and his team were able to maintain an average employment rate of 41% during a pandemic from Q3 of 2019 to Q2 2020. Way to go Team!!
Stepping Stones & Interns	Mary Jacobson & Danielle Swedberg	While we are COA accredited as an agency, Stepping Stones also goes through their own accreditation process through NCA. On Wednesday, Oct 14th we had our final site visit. The review team had wonderful things to say about our staff and the work they do. They interviewed partners in the community and the feedback was the same. Thank you all for your hard work in preparing for the accreditation and the site visit. A job well done!!
Danielle Swedberg	Nicole Eiken & Tami Taylor	Danielle always makes herself available to help no matter what. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her and she is an incredible supervisor. She is very understanding, compassionate, flexible, and patient. We truly appreciate everything that she does for all of her programs!!
Sarah Lamprecht	Kelli Hanson	All her hard work with respite billing and authorizations. It can be so tedious and time consuming and you are always a step ahead and making sure we have what we need to pay our providers!
Tim Hanratty	Weston Youth Home	We want to make sure that Tim Hanratty is recognized for all of the hard work he does. He does such an awesome job of keeping everything fixed and clean and he always does it with a smile and a great attitude. He is truly the best!!
Gabby Cierzan	Barb Barghahn	Gabby, you have been such a wonderful support in my work with Winona clients…and once upon a time when I was seeing clients in-person pre-pandemic. I really value your knowledge, your willingness to help, and your professionalism. You are certainly an asset to FCC. Still working on cloning you…I could be rich!!! Thanks again, Gabby. I appreciate you!
