Lynn has single handedly kept the Other Door open during the pandemic. She has ensured communication with the recovery community related to programming and safety, she has ensured that the doors are open as needed, she has run NAMI groups and provided support to people in need during this time. In addition to all of this she has done an excellent job of maintaining program stats for funding sources. If not for her the center would not have been open for groups during this time thus displacing several community recovery groups. THANK YOU LYNN!

Bryn and Jackie have provided essential tech services during the pandemic. They have come into the office every day with the intent of ensuring that client needs for food, medication and other essential services are met. They often ask if extra help is needed and have been flexible in their hours. They both have maintained a pleasant and positive attitude throughout this time. They have been essential!!! Thank You.

| Sara Martinez | Suzie Howe | Sara has provided grounding guidance for the CSP team throughout the pandemic. She has changed practices to ensure client and staff safety. This includes working with Dr. Baker to change injection schedules from monthly to quarterly, setting up a separate space in the CSP office to provide injections. Doing home visits to provide injections for those clients that do not have transportation and changing how medications are managed to limit the number of staff touching medication packets. This guidance has been appreciated by all CSP staff. |
