Electronic Timesheets – And More – Are Ready!

Our new system – Ascentis – is ready to kick off this weekend, starting midnight Saturday/Sunday.

You will note there is now a link for Ascentis near the top of The Depot (it is there and ready to go but please do not use it until Sunday!) so when you are ready all you need to do is click on the Ascentis link and it will open a new window for you. When that window opens you will not only have your Ascentis Self Service page, but the page now includes the Timekeeper function. You can choose to open any of the individual functions in Timekeeper from there, or you can simply punch in your times.

You will also see there are other sections in Ascentis that are active in varying degrees. In particular, you should have a look at the Personal Information page under My Self to confirm that the information on that page is accurate. While we are still working to complete and/or refine data in some areas, the Personal Information should be right for you. If it is not, click on the Change icon at the bottom to edit as needed, and submit your changes. Don’t worry about possibly making an error – anything you identify as a change will be checked before the record is ultimately edited.

There are a number of places in Ascentis you can check out so feel free to poke around when you have a chance. We will be reaching to you for your assistance as we add to the information in the system, so look for more on this later. In the meantime, if you have any questions about completing your time, making requests for time off, etc. please contact your supervisor or Melissa Duin. We want to make sure you are talking with your supervisor about any issues you may be having, and ultimately Melissa can provide assistance as needed.
