If you were thinking Laura Hohlfeld, you are correct! Laura is an Outpatient Therapist in both Viroqua and La Crosse. Not many people can say they have known exactly what they have wanted to be since High School, but Laura can! She has always had a passion for listening and wanting to help others, no matter what. Laura attended Viterbo University and graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2016.
She has recently increased her hours and you can now find her at GVC in La Crosse twice a week. She is currently working on getting involved in the jail contract that was attained a few months ago and getting ready to take on an Intern in the near future!
Some of you may know her as Laura Modrich, which was her maiden name. Laura and her husband met 10 years ago in September and they will be celebrating their one year anniversary on June 23! Congrats Laura! When Laura is not working hard at FCC, she is hanging out with her two (very adorable) small dogs, Isabelle and Luna.
Meet Isabelle! Meet Luna!

- I love going to concerts! My favorite band is Nothing More. They write very meaningful songs, including some about mental health and addiction. I have seen them live twice and it was amazing – I would definitely encourage you all to give them a listen.
- I also love the Q&Z Expo center up north – it is a super small venue and I have seen a few great bands there as well!
