Hello all!
Thank you to all of those who attended the Bias, Privilege, and Being More Thoughtful training. I hope that everyone learned something and that you found it enriching. Now is the time to keep the conversation going with next steps. That is why I am sending out this email to see if anyone would be interested in being on a committee to brainstorm ideas of how to keep the diversity conversation going. This will be a limited time committee to help develop ideas for further training or ways to have staff gain further insight. If you are interested in being a part of this, please contact Leah at lmorken@fccnetwork.org no later than Friday July 24.
